Pat has been doing agenda-defining and thought-leading keynotes since the early 2000s, centred on his main themes of creativity, innovation and the power and potential of play.

His audiences have ranged across commercial, governmental and voluntary/NGO sectors, spanning three continents (from Washington through Barcelona to Seoul). Pat's presentations are charismatic, challenging and motivating, and dynamise any event.
